SHIPPING FEE
Shipping fee will be calculated in the shopping cart and also in the checking out page. The estimation is performed according to the weight of the items and destination.
SHIPPING TIME
For all orders placed between 9am - 4pm, we normally ship out the same day or next business day. If it takes us more than 2 business days, please call us 770-703-3433 or via email: contact@happynailsupply.com.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday through Friday. You can track your package online for the delivery date. Normally it takes 1-5 business days.

All delivery dates are estimated by shipping companies and might be delays due to weather conditions or any unforeseen reasons. Therefore, we do NOT guaranty for accurate delivery dates once the orders have shipped out and under the control of shipping company (UPS, FedEx, and Trucking Companies); NO refunds will be made for shipping delays.
SHIPPING TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS
We're happy to ship your order to an address that is different than the billing address on file with your credit card provider. In order to avoid delays, we do ask that you call the credit card provider and add the alternate address to your account. Taking this step prior to placing your order helps us to ship your order quickly with minimal delays.
REJECTED AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Rejected and undelivered packages are returned to us. If you like the package to resend, a new shipping fee will apply. Please contact us to arrange the shipment.
We're not responsible for any delays caused by transit or due to weather conditions or any unforeseen reasons beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery, or returned due to an “undeliverable address”. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Please Note: We use recycle boxes for packaging. You may receive items in used boxes, but they're in good condition and clean.
